PSE&G, a New Jersey-based energy utility, sends customers monthly emails promoting its WorryFree appliance protection plans. If customers' stoves or furnaces unexpectedly break down, it's no big deal – if they've got WorryFree coverage. To refresh these emails and inspire more contract enrollments, Questline was tasked with creating a year-long email campaign. After developing several campaign concepts, PSE&G selected Just another WorryFree Day. This concept highlights the peace of mind WorryFree coverage provides customers. By incorporating useful, entertaining content into the emails, engagement increased. In fact, these emails helped increase conversions; The number of 2015 contract enrollments exceeded the amount PSE&G anticipated.
In addition to the email campaign, Questline created two WorryFree videos – one to highlight the benefits of WorryFree appliance repair coverage and one to showcase the benefits of WorryFree Replacement Services, a related customer offering.
